SCAI Gardens will be a resort style facility focused on meditation, tranquility, and wellness. It will be a place of beauty to refresh and rejuvenate the soul. Spacious accommodations in a pristine environment filled with fragrant flowers and inspiring tress. Even in fall and winter there will be easily accessible terrariums and greenhouses available for the residents and visitors.

SCAI Studios is the future Production Site for all SCAI, Inc. artistic endeavors. Filming for movies, television, painting, sculpting, photography, and many other studio art forms will be housed here. SCAI, Inc. is dedicated to creating a better world through art and expression of the infinite human spirit. Therefore our artists' must have a place where they can feel safe and comfortable to create their works of art. The greatest benefit to be gained from SCAI Studios will be that we can transform the studio spaces to fit the individual artist's needs. Some artists are inspired when working with others; other artists need solitude to do their work. We will be able to accommodate both.

SCAI City will be the hub, the epicenter, the core of SCAI, Inc.'s social scene. Similar to a Silicon Valley, SCAI City will be the living community for SCAI's employees, artists, friends, and supporters. It will be a large area of friends and family living together in harmony and with love for one another as we will all be dedicated to striving for this same state of being on a global level. SCAI City will be busy and exciting, but as Ralph Waldo Emerson once said “you are never too busy to be polite to one another.” Treating one another with respect and acceptance is the golden rule—that is how we all want to be treated. Following this wise, old philosophy will make SCAI City the golden city of a very bright future.
